The Body Scan

The exercise guides you through a mindful body scan, encouraging deep relaxation and present-moment awareness. Beginning with focusing on the toes, it prompts you to breathe deeply, releasing tension with each exhale. Progressing through different body parts, from knees to belly, spine to shoulders, it directs attention to each area, acknowledging any tension and encouraging relaxation. Finally, attention is brought to the head, guiding relaxation of facial muscles and the release of any remaining tension, leaving you fully present and relaxed in the moment.


OxyBreath

This breathing exercise aims to promote relaxation and mindfulness through controlled breathing techniques. It begins with finding a comfortable position and emphasizes diaphragmatic breathing, where air is directed into the belly rather than shallow breathing into the chest. Throughout the exercise, the instruction is to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. The exercise consists of three sets of 20 breath cycles each. In each set, participants inhale for a count of 4 and exhale for varying counts, starting with 6, then 8, and finally 10.


I Assume!

The "I Assume!" exercise sheet prompts individuals to reflect on their mindset and its influence on relationships. By filling in traits observed in people they know, participants acknowledge their role in creating perceptions. Understanding this law leads to richer connections, transforming one's world. As attitudes change, so do interactions, fostering lasting connections in a fast-paced, technology-driven society. It highlights the universal longing for connection and encourages learning, understanding, and fostering meaningful connections.
