Reframing Exercise: Reclaiming Your Narrative

In this exercise, participants are prompted to reframe their perspective on being single by identifying and transforming one belief or myth. They select a belief from their list and rewrite it in a way that aligns with their authentic self. For instance, if challenging the notion that single people are selfish, they reframe it to emphasize how self-care and personal growth can cultivate empathy and compassion. The reframed belief is then crafted into a statement for self-repetition. This practice aims to facilitate embracing individuality and redefining beliefs in a more positive light.
